All Safety Tread Limited products are covered by one or more of the following warranties, providing that:

• the product used is appropriate for the application
• the product used has been installed and maintained in accordance with our instructions

Carborundum filled profiles are guaranteed against premature wear for a period of twelve years following the date of installation.

PVC Composition filled profiles are guaranteed against premature wear for a period of two years following the date of installation.

Abrazel Tape filled profiles are not warrantied against premature wear.

Titazel Resurfacer is guaranteed against premature wear for a period of twelve months. It should be noted that this product is intended for use where the foot traffic is multi-directional. If used on steps or stairs, or where there is a similar pre-determined pattern of foot traffic, no guarantee against premature wear is given.

In the event of premature wear or other product failure being proven, our guarantee extends only to the free replacement of the product. No claim will be entertained in respect of any other costs incurred in effecting a satisfactory re-installation of the site(s).
